Of course you can. AI will build you a website in an hour. The question is a different one: do you have the time to work out what makes it findable, accessible and legally sound – and is that the best use of your week? Everything you spend learning it, you are not spending on the work people pay you for.

The questions that come up in almost every first call.
What does it cost to have a website built?
€2,500 plus VAT for Basis: up to five pages, written, built and live in seven working days. €3,900 plus VAT for Komplett: up to eight pages plus the content system behind them. Both are fixed prices, agreed before anything starts. There is no monthly fee and no contract to leave.
How quickly is my website really online?
Seven working days, counted from the moment your content is with me and signed off – not from the first enquiry. That is the honest version. Most of the waiting in a website project is waiting for texts and photos, which is why the clock only starts once they exist.
Can’t I just build it myself with AI?
You can, and for some people that is the right call. It comes down to what is scarcer for you: time or money. If you have time and want to understand how it works, build it yourself – ideally with someone next to you, which is what Kirsten’s website sprint is for. If your time is the tighter of the two, that is what I am for.
What is a static website?
A static website is a set of finished HTML files that the server hands over unchanged. There is no database and no content system rebuilding each page on every visit. That is why it loads in a fraction of a second, is very hard to attack and carries no running licence costs.
The difference from a page builder: you get the files and can host them anywhere – with your provider or somewhere else entirely. There is nothing to outgrow.
Do I need WordPress or a website builder?
No. Your site is built as a static website: lean HTML served straight from the server – no WordPress, no plugins to update, no security patches, no monthly licence. That makes it fast (which Google rewards), close to maintenance-free and safe, because there is no database to attack.
You get all the files and can host them anywhere.
Will I be found on Google?
Your site ships fully structured for search: clean markup, structured data, fast loading, sensible internal links. What nobody can honestly promise is a position. Rankings depend on your market, your competitors and on other sites linking to you over time. Anyone guaranteeing you page one is selling something else.
What do you need from me before we can start?
Less than you think. To get started I need:
- A few sentences on what you offer and who it is for
- Any copy that already exists – unfinished is fine
- Photos of you and of your work
- Your logo and colours, if you have them
- Access to your domain and hosting
- Imprint details: address, legal form, tax number
Copy you do not need to write – that is my job. If you have nothing but a spoken explanation, that is enough to begin.
What happens after launch?
You get every file, and you are free. With Komplett I set up the content system and go through it with you once: we publish your first article together so you can see it works without me. If you want ongoing help afterwards, that exists – but it is optional and never a condition.
Can I add a blog later?
Yes. The structure is already there in both packages, so adding one later is a small job rather than a rebuild. In Komplett the writing system comes with it from the start.
